Very disappointing I thought they would at least get the car cleaner than I could with my hose and no soap. 

Paid for the most expensive wash they have (diamond I think) for my wife’s car. After we had picked the wash, scent etc the guy told us their card machine doesn’t work so cash only. I said fine and went to get cash to cover the $35 wash and a tip. Get back and still waiting for my wife’s car for about 15 min. 

Get out to the car and there are still spots on the car (white car brown spots). So I point them out to the worker and he starts scrapping at it with his thumb nail so I point out some more and he wipes them with a dirty rag. 

Finally I just gave him the plastic claim check and left. When I get home I notice there are still finger prints on the windows and even more spots that I didn’t notice at the car wash.

Looks like a family owned business. I see the owner walking around, double checking to make sure the cars look good. There is sitting inside and outside. It can take a while to get your car washed here but worth it. They have a good coffee shop inside too.

Took my brand new car for the first time, though I had taken my old car before and had been cleaned decently. You can tell they never wiped down or dried my mirrors or my entire back window because they were severely spotted still from the dried water. Also, I asked for cherry air freshener and my car had absolutely no scent at all (aside from the cleaning products).
Just wish they had dome a better job, I usually like this car wash.

Chose to visit this car was today instead of my normal one because it says that the hours of operation are 7:30am and my entire family has been getting their car washed here for years. I sat in my car watching numerous employees walk by, none coming to speak to me. Here it was 7:47am and I finally got out of my car to ask someone if something was wrong and this young girl with glasses with probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life told me “we open at 8am”. I simply asked why it says 7:30 online did management change the hours? To which her response was “I don’t really care I just know I’m not on the clock until 8” and continued to walk inside. Needless to say I left and waited for my regular car wash to open just a mile down the street. I will never recommend nor return to this place ever again. MANAGEMENT: Don’t hire young kids who don’t care about your business or it’s customers. People who show up just for a pay check are ruining your business and lost you a few long time and loyal customers.
