I was very impressed with the store overall but the manager was out right rude. I've shopped there quite a few times since relocating to TX 4 months ago but on this evening I came in to shop for another person and was struggling to find the items they requested. When I asked for assistance a worker came to help me. The mgr came and told me to my face while looking me up and down from head to toe that we can't help you find everything and why don't you look for it yourself. I had looked for the items over an hour prior to me asking for help. He then went on to say why aren't you dressed in a uniform since your shopping for a company? I explained why (this was my 2nd day on the job & uniforms had not been made available, but still he didn't apologize. I was quite offended. As I see it I am still a customer and should be treated with the same respect. There is no need to treat a person with common decency only if they are shopping for themselves, I'm still bringing business to your store. I could've simply told my contact most of the items they wanted were not available in your store. Hopefully this isn't the attitude they want to project to the whole public.

I love the store. Some things are pricey, and some not. I have found a lot of things that I like,and would rather shop there. The customer service is really good.

Has been a good clean, well stocked store with a most excellent variety of produce, much better than the Richardson store. But the quality seemed to go down a bit as soon as the change in ownership went through plus the shelves aren't always kept stocked as well as previously. Not sure if any of this is really related to the ownership change or just coincidence but I am hoping it doesn't last long.

Great product great cold hot food very clean friendly staff my first visit will be going back. I paid a lil more but worth it. Loved they put ice in my bag to keep my milk cold.

Always a great experience. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Plus, free ice for the cold stuff for my journey back to Aubrey...aka 35 to 40 minutes away. Thank you for keeping your quality of customer service first.
