Hi, Dr. Selma, (sharing this recent letter)
 I just wanted to thank you for your spots on YouTube.  I am a lesbian who was raised Baptist. I was taught bible stories by my Granny and my Momma... but as I got older they figured out that I was gay. I started hearing all the gay bashing from the "right" and kind of blamed the wrong person (Jesus) for man’s stupidity... At any rate, I am in a training school now and I have found out that I have the ability to help heal people... I know that this power comes from God... But I kind of feel undeserving of it... when the doubts creep into my mind my ability goes away...  I feel I am being called to help gay people understand that what man says about them is not what Jesus says about them.  I'm just not sure how I should use the gift... or what steps to take next... I get all kinds of visions at night when I dream  (usually about the people I worked with that day)... and a dream helped me find you... but how can I be sure the dreams are from God?  I think I am in the waiting period (delay) you spoke about.... I have a lot of faith but I'm also kind of dense. and fear that I'll miss a message or mess up the translation...  The Lord always seems to lead me to very powerful, caring, and intelligent people so I know that I can trust you.  If you have time I would really appreciate any thoughts or advice you might have on this.
