I swear they keep you on hold for 30 mins or longer also nobody picked up the phone not one time to even say hold on or say someone wil be right with you. Then they had me wait three hours at the wic office like wow. it was a few times it was just me and one other person so when i ask whats going on they have attitudes like really i hate this wic office😠

So I was here the other day and I waited 2hrs before being seen. People came in after me and were seen before me. I complained 2x and nothing was done about it. I think I will try the one in Lancaster maybe the customer service will be better smfh

But why is a fat lady teaching the class about nutrition and not eating sugar? Because she is bilingual? Great! ... although totally under qualified as a dietitian nutritionist lol... education is teaching and filling questions with answers... not saying sugar is bad 10 times...give the facts and other resources that can be a substitute.
