Everyone was so nice. They were very professional. I felt like I was in a hospital the care was amazing. If I was to say anything that needed improvement it would be the billing services , but they were very nice and fixed my problem right away. You get treated with the best care and the dentist are amazing! I love their latest technology. They made three crowns for me by a computer that made a 3-D image of my tooth, which made my crown fit perfectly no adjusting it was incredible. I will definitely go back.

I’ve only been living in Wichita for 10 months and I first came to Wichita Family Dental after only a month here and loved them! Dr. B is the best- he noticed I had some issues with my former dental fixes and helped me to resolve those! Fast forward to now and they just put in a crown and it was great! I was very nervous but Dr. B and the hygienists were so nice and made sure I was comfortable. They worked with me to make sure I was on a good payment plan with my insurance and the care credit card and took amazing care of me! Anyone worried about going to a new dentist shouldn’t worry anymore and head to Wichita Family Dental!

I love how they can fit you in on the day of your call if you have an emergency. I have been to this office a few times and all the staff is very helpful and friendly. I get nervous and they talk to me and calm me down. Dr. P is amazing he does wonderful work and does it in a very timely manner and he does a great job going over what will be done or what options can be done. When I went yesterday there was also a new (to me) dentist Dr. C and he was wonderful as well even though I was not his patient he kept coming in to make sure I was ok and did not need anything he was also very funny and kept my mind off the pain I was in. I had a bit of a wait which was to be expected because they do get busy but Megan stayed with me almost the whole time I was there talking to me and reassuring everything would be ok and answering my boat load of questions. I have been to a few other dental offices around Wichita but after going to see Dr. P there is nowhere else I will go and no other dental office whose staff is well trained and overall caring of their patients needs.

Just to be clear, this was our first experience here and the first impressions means everything as we are looking for a new dentist....well apparently just to me, not to them. To begin, I feel as if they were too concerned with our insurance being out of network so they weren't forthcoming about many things thinking we were a waste of time....Second, they were very deceiving with their billing. My husband went in for a free consulation with oral exam with an infected tooth and left with a bill for $137! When I called, they said they charge $103 was because they wrote a prescription for an antibiotic!!!! I could go ANYWHERE else and get an antibiotic including the ER, minor emergency, or my PCP for $20 but they didn't bother explaining that to him when he was there....they actually encouraged him multiple times to let them write it instead to save him a trip. Also on the itemized bill the description for that was not medication or prescription...it was limited EXAM!!!.....another deception. They told me, "it's a billing thing, it's hard for laypeople to understand!" On top of that, the dental hygienist that saw him was snooty, unpleasant, and seemed inconvenienced to even be there today....granted she may have had something personal going on, but leave that at the door! We will not be going back and will be encouraging others to not bother with them as well.

I had the best experience Wichita Family Dental they are very efficient and professional. Everyone in the office is very friendly and welcoming as well. Dr. B is the best dentist I’ve ever encountered hands down and I would recommend any and everyone needing dental work done to contact them.
