I was very pleased with this visit to Furniture on Consignment to order chairs for my mother. This is our second time going to Wichita Furniture for our furnishing needs.  Chandler was very helpful and covered the differences between the fabrics and textiles that were on the couches and couch recliners that we were looking at.  After about an hour we found what we liked with the real leather couches being chosen because of their durability when it comes to have dogs in the house.  They delivered the couches as scheduled and every thing is working out real well.  Thank you Chandler and Wichita Furniture for your professional help and service.

Went in looking for furniture for my new apartment and didn't leave disappointed. I try to buy local whenever possible, and I already knew what pieces I was looking for beforehand. The showroom was clean, organized, and my wife and I were greeted by Trent, who wasn't pushy and didn't hover over us as we shopped. He took us right to what we were looking for (contemporary couch and chairs), but also allowed us time to wander around and try out other things. Payment was painless and Trent was transparent about other potential fees that came along with delivery/furniture protection, which I appreciated. We'll definitely be going back to see Trent again when we get ready to finish the rest of our apartment!

The tech that came out to fix a mistake on my sectional (missing bolts) was excellent. He took advantage of the opportunity to educate me on how to extend the life of my sectional with proper cleaning and showed me how to keep the cushions from getting flat. He also made sure I was aware of safety features. In my opinion these things should have been shared with me in the store. Nevertheless I was glad things turned out the way they did. He could have simply made the fix and left, I appreciate the fact that he didn't. Well above great service, thank you! Sorry I'm so bad a remembering names.

I needed some "special attention" due to my situation. The salesman I worked with was Trent. He was patient, informative and helpful guiding me through the process to deliver what I needed. Love this store, the associates, and the laid back, no pressure approach. I will definitely be back. Come check this store out - ask for Trent...you won't be disappointed!
