Staff was rude and ignorant. Started storing about 2 months ago and the staff seems to find reasons to charge extra charges. I called two days before storage was due and tried to make a payment over the phone and they informed me that I could drop my payment in the drop box as long as it was before 8 pm. I got there at 7:30 and they were closed. I made the drive once again, the next day, and asked if they could remove the charge because they had misinformed me. They argued that I misheard (as if I didn't know what I was hearing), and they didn't remove the late fee. I paid on time the next month and forgot about the late fee and they charged another late fee and locked my storage unit and added several fees. All of this right before Christmas. Now I have 100+ dollars to pay before my unit is unlocked, only a week before Christmas. Bah humbug, they say. Avoid this place like it's a plague.
