$90 for 4 basic items. Three weren’t cleaned properly and had to be sent back (stains and wrinkles). The fact that they don’t list their prices online says it all. Widmer’s over-charges and under-performs  👎🏼

Was charged Almost 3 times more than the quoted price for a very simple alteration.

I brought in my fiancé’s suit to get dry cleaned/pressed and the morning of our wedding we discovered a hole in the pants that wasn’t there before...thankfully it was on the seam so we could patch it up quickly, but still unfortunate.

I took a couch cushion in for repair and received a quote of $40-50 and asked them to call if it would be any higher. I also stated I didn't want to pay for it to be cleaned. I came back on the date they said it would be ready, it wasn't ready. I waited an extra 2-3 weeks until I got a call. The bill was $160. They cleaned it and then also repaired it well above the quote without ever letting me know. After discussing the matter for over a half hour they waived the cleaning fee, but unless I wanted to take legal action I had to pay $120. The repair seems to be holding, but they won't perform simple tasks and then take your money.

Update: the store manager attempting to contact me. I was very angry and did not want to hear from them. They may have been attempting to make situation better but I did not want to hear from them again.
