Had a great experience trail riding here! Our guide Denny was personable and answered all of our questions. Horses were well behaved and the trails were beautiful!

I rented here for like 2 months.... Horrible. Loved the house it was beautiful and so was the land. Mary seemed nice at first but then when we told her we had to pay rent late which in her contract she says is okay if you pay a late fee she gave us a eviction yet told us we had to pay for the next month. we told her to keep the deposit for the next months rent and she said we had to be out by midnight on that night and the place had to be cleaned and it was 6pm. She constantly asked my husband to do things for her or would do us a "favor" then hold it over our heads. After we left, she texted me saying I had to come back and clean the place and accused me of stealing her silverware.... All the other renters I talked to thought she was very rude as well as Trying to get into renters gossip constantly. Defiantly would not recommend, even though the place is beautiful. Not to mention on my wedding day, she came and yelled at me telling me she would evict me because someone from our wedding party drove too fast out of the drive way.
