Be ready to drop a good coin at this place. Had a great time with family. Excellent service, atmosphere, and internal designs. We ordered Fried Calamari, Chicken Trio, Stuffed Chicken, and BBQ Ribs and everything was delicious. Ribs were a bit too strong on the smell but overall great experience 4/5.Dine in: YesTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
So good !!!! Upscale but affordable, classy but not pretentious. We enjoyed everything. Our favorites were the goat cheese ravioli, the scallops and the stuffed chicken…. Moist and delicious. The coffee was good and both desserts… cheesecake and crème brûlée were delicious. Will go again.
My server did not miss a beat. From the Host, to the server and the food all coming out in a timely manner. She didn’t hover but still attentive and that’s the kind of service I really appreciate. The kitchen also did good from presentation to taste! Much mahalos to my server for taking care of me today!
My 4th time at this location and nothing changes as far as the menu. This can be good or bad as restaurant is sticking to their regular menu that has not changed since they opened. There was 7 of us so we were able to try few dishes, some were good, some were so-so and some were average. For appetizers, we had chicken pot-stickers average, goat cheese ravioli really good, highly recommend and crab cake didn't try them personally but person that had them said they were good. For main course, we went with butter lettuce salad it was good but kitchen refused to accommodate a little change request which we found weird, we simply asked for grilled cauliflower instead of tempura and they said no, grilled strip steak it was no better, not worse than any other strip steaks we had, grilled beef tenderloin my son ordered that and he did not like it at all, barramundi very good and duck breast very good. For dessert, we went with Crème brûlée a typical but was served on a cold side, which we found weird, its usually served warm and their chocolate cake average. Since we had a birthday, a restaurant provided an ice cream with a candle. Our server Miranda was really good, but you can tell that kitchen is short staffed or had their timing way off. Our main courses were coming one or two at a time. It was weird having one or 2 people eat main course and the other 4-5 wait and then they would bring one out and rest of the people had to wait. This is a type of place and experience where you will go if you are invited but I won't go just to go. Prices are above average, service is good but not sure if the price is worth the experience
First time trying wild mango and more than likely our last. If this rating was based on food presentation, it would be a 5 star, but unfortunately the flavor did not come anywhere close. For appetizers, we tried the calamari, the soup of the day and the goat cheese ravioli. I love goat cheese but this dish had too much going on with it in terms of flavors. I also thought the pesto did not add anything to the dish. You only get 4 raviolis for $12 and they are quite small. The calamari was ok. We enjoyed the soup of the day which was a corn chicken chowder. It had a great creamy flavor to it. However, it did not have much chicken or corn in it. Entrees: My stepsons shared the Chicken Trio Entree which was chicken cheese cake, mozzarella, roasted tomato; bacon wrapped chicken breast, mushroom, spinach; fried drumstick, basil potato mousseline. The only thing they truly liked on this plate was the basil potato mousseline. My husband and I tried the Stuffed chicken which is bacon wrapped chicken breast, stuffed with mushroom, spinach and mozzarella, roasted tomato sauce and bacon fried rice. The flavors just didn’t really do much for us. For dessert, we had the 7 layer chocolate cake and the tiramisu. The chocolate cake was cold and the tiramisu did not have a coffee flavor. The staff was very friendly and once again, the presentation was beautiful, but I would rather have good flavor over presentation any day.
This place is delicious! Especially the rolls . They’re to die for . I didn’t even get a chance to take a picture of those . I actually ordered a dinner entree. The salmon duo!! DELICIOUS!! I switched out the mixed veggies for the caramelized onions and asparagus. It was so good! For appetizer I had chicken pot stickers . They were good as well & I got the soy sauce they make as a dipping sauce . I also tried the shrimp soup. My auntie ordered the strawberry spinach salad and added grilled salmon. we had no complaints! I’ll definitely recommend this place .
I enjoyed an engrossing meal while at with my family. We ordered the 5-spiced duck breast with eggplant and sweet potato , bbq ribs with broccoli and , bacon wrapped stuffed chicken with rice, and the curry shrimp noodle soup . Everything certainly awoke our appetites and the service was exemplary . Thanks and can’t wait to return!
Lovely atmosphere with private rooms also available. Great selection and variety of dishes in the menu. Generous portions for the quality of food. Highly recommend.
We are a group of 8 retired women who go out to dinner once a month to different restaurants. First of all the food was pricey, but excellent. If I were rating on the food alone, the restaurant would get five stars. The service was pretty good. It took a long time to get our food, which I don't have a problem with because the food was good. However, we had to ask for more rolls instead of someone checking with us to see if we wanted more. When the rolls came, we did not get more butter which was inconvenient. Then the bill was presented. This is the only restaurant we have been to that refused to give us separate checks. It was very inconvenient to sit there trying to figure out who owed what. The gratuity was added in. I normally don't have a problem with that if it's calculated at 15% giving me an option to increase it if I want but this was at 20%. Finally there was another charge on the bill of 3% for a convenience charge. Looking up convenience, to be sure I know what it means, the definition was: 1. the state of being able to proceed with something with little effort or difficulty. 2. BRITISH a public restroom. I am not sure if I had to pay for the restaurant being able to serve me with little effort or difficulty, or if I was paying for using the restroom. I won't be going back.
I loved the butter lettuce, and ravioli appetizers. The main course were good, but I really enjoyed the appetizers Vegetarian options: The menu does have vegetarian options. You can also ask for the sides from other dishes. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant looks very wheelchair accessible..
