BEWARE!! My fiance from Australia ordered me the floral arrangement for Valentine's day in the top picture attached plus a box of chocolates. They called me to say that arrangement wasn't available anymore but they would send a very beautiful Valentine's arrangement instead of equal value. The bottom picture is what they sent, and no chocolates were included. "Customer service" was very unsympathetic, and definitely not concerned about pleasing their customer! Never ever will be doing business with them again. They don't even deserve a 1 star review.

Not a professional place. Not a good investment. So sad:/ My boyfriend lives out of state so he used this local florist to send me a large vase of circus rose orange flower combination for V-day. They arrived at my workplace and I usually hate flowers, but kinda like these particular circus ones and my man knows this. When I got the vase from the florist, I was a little confused but thought it was sweet that he thought of me and sent something, so, I sent him a photo to thank him! He messaged me back and said “the weeds I was holding were not what he had paid for!!!” He was mad! And after he called them and told them it was wrong and asked what they could do to fix it same day or day after, they told him in order to get a refund they would have to get the weeds back. And there was no way to get the correct flowers delivered. Just a refund or a nothing. Well, they are closed and probably won’t be answering phones on Tuesday either. He hasn’t gotten a refund yet bc I haven’t returned the vase of greens yet. I have to drive them back to Oregon city and return them. By then they will be yuck anyway 😞 I will try on Monday and then Tuesday, and see what happens.

The flowers I received look nothing like the picture I ordered. Instead of looking like a christmas tree, it looked like a bush. The flowers are beautiful, but it looks so thrown together. As if they hadn't taken the time to fully shape it or even cared what it looked it. I called to discuss with them and they hung up on me! Would not recommend.

This is by far the best floral shop I've ever dealt with. Fresh, creative, beautiful and the customer service is wonderful! They are affordable and knowledgeable about their products! I highly recommend having them help you with all your floral needs.

Ordered an orchid for a friend's "special" birthday. Described exactly what type/colour I wanted. The EXACT OPPOSITE was delivered. No imagination with accessorizing either. Terrible florist!
