I always try to be understanding when there is bad service, but when it happens literally every single time you go to a place, something needs to be said. They are always claiming to be "trying to turn things around" yet food takes FOREVER and still comes out cold. The waitresses don't have any kind of uniform so you have no idea who works there and who doesn't. They're allowed to have fake nails as long as their fingers which is absolutely disgusting! Considering the majority of adults don't wash their hands properly to begin with, who knows what is under those nails! EWWW! Not to mention, that's against food service regulations. I continue to give this place another try and they have yet to impress me... get it together or just shut down.

This location used to be amazing- now I don’t even know how they are still open. Went in for trivia this past Wednesday with some friends (6 people) there were only two other tables when we sat down. Took 20 minutes for someone to come take our drink order and another 10 minutes to get waters. Ordered food when our drinks finally came. My wings came out a full 30 minutes before anyone else’s food and 15 minutes before my app. When I spoke  with a manager he had a huge attitude and made excuses as to why we waited an hour and a half for our food and had terrible service. We will not be going back here.

Food and wait staff is generally very good here. Good selection of draft beers. Sauces for wings & shrimps are very good. Slow food delivery sometimes. Salads are very good. Comfortable atmospheres, easy to relax here. Wings consistently cooked just right.

Horrible food and service!!  We and our family have been coming here for like 20 years!  Lately every time we go, even at lunch (hardly any people there) it takes forever for the food to come out.  But we left tonight with such a bad feeling, so disappointed we paid for horrible food and wasted all that time! So sad to see this place go down hill... 

Tonight the restaurant was not packed and we watched several parties walk out after not receiving their food.  We decided to stay, and it took over an hour and half for our 1 appetizer to come out!! Seriously (just a spinach dip)! Then another 30 minutes for our actual order to come out. The food order we received was completely wrong and over cooked!

We understand a rough night sometimes, that happens in all businesses,  this is not the first time we experienced this, but it is our last.

Everytime I've come, always bad service. Waited a full hour for a desert only to be told it wasn't available even after I asked from the start, it's been this way for a long time, last time I came they took long and wings were cold, I feel like the staff probably just plays around or something, it sucks because the wings are actually good. What a waste of a place
