So my name is Leon Norris. I apply twice to this company. The 1st time I went to visit them out on the yom highway project and I talked to him for few minutes. Got a phone call later on that day and told me I didn't get the job because I'm disabled. I am well qualified for the position i was applying for. So I replied to another craigslist ad and I got a call back from the same guy. So apparently my resume is good but the fact that I'm disabled still disqualifies me from a job. I'm not the one who really likes to Stir the pot but at this point I keep getting shut down and people keep telling me that I don't get a job because I'm disabled. So at this point it's time to start sending emails to the ADA, L&I, and other appropriate agency.
