They are very friendly and helping here. When we refinanced my car loan, they were great to work with. They have mobile deposit, and they also connect to Mint.

I've been a member of this credit union back when it was called Communications Family Credit Union.  The staff are excellent and their products are better than any bank.   Highly recommended

Not a fan of their credit card "fraud prevention" mechanism that held me up from checking in to a hotel in San Diego on business. I'm already protected by federal law so the protection is for THEM, not me. This had happened on several occasions as I travel a lot for business. Their answer was to call them and tell them I'm traveling as well as the dates I'll be traveling. How about no, it's none of your business. 

Other than this they're good about loans, both long term and short term. I will continue to support credit unions over banks due to the bailouts of 2008. Customer service is excellent and they're always friendly.
