I would love to give this place 5 stars but sadly I'm only giving two. Ants frequently walk in and out of the property. Also insects like flies and mosquitoes seem to fly in almost all day long. Time to time you will have drunken young adults blasting music  upstairs in the summer. The only good thing about this place is the location and decent air conditioning. The house is located near the beach so you won't have to walk far.
