Not sure I can provide a rating given I never actually had the massage. I called Thursday to schedule a prenatal massage for that Saturday at 5:15 pm. The receptionist asked how far along I was, took payment for cancellation policy, and let me know to be there early for paperwork. I went in on Saturday looking forward to my massage. I was 36 almost 37 weeks pregnant. The receptionist looked me up and said I did not have a massage booked. The staff member asked me if I was at the right location, if I scheduled for a different day, and if I remembered who I spoke with when I booked. I may be pregnant but I'm not that forgetful. I have the call log from my phone showing I called the establishment on Thursday. So disappointed.

Amazing experience!! Friendly and professional staff. The environment is quaint and relaxing. I had Jamie for a deep tissue massage and it was the best massage I have ever had. This place is a little gem.

This was my second visit and the experience was superb once again.  The staff are definitely attentive to the customers. The ambience is excellent and the employees are professional.

Our go to place for spa services. I have a monthly facial and couples massage. My husband and I have been clients for over 8 years and wouldn't go anywhere else in Columbus GA!!

Dana is an excellent aesthetician. She is great listener and makes every visit a fun one. Highly, highly recommend!
