Good little units.  They will prorate your first month but when you move out they will not prorate your exit.  I didn't know this.  We are paying for a full month and used the unit for 2 days.  Not how I would run a business at all.

Enquired about an available storage unit. She said she has only one left. I told her my son is on his way to secure it. Upon his arrival she met him on the porch & quipped, we're full & shut the door in his face.
