The pictures on the site versus the actual arrangement delivered are very deceiving, it was a pitiful excuse for a flower arrangement. The arrangement I ordered looks nothing like the one delivered. The only thing that was remotely close is the dish that it came in. In the stock photo on the website, it shows at least 20 roses in it and not a single carnation. The arrangement delivered had less than half the amount of roses shown in the stock photo on their site. Pine branches were placed for the green parts which were also not in the stock photo and it did not make a good look for this arrangement and made it appear more green than pretty. If I wanted a pine tree, I would have ordered one instead of a FLOWER arrangement. There were also about three  carnations used to fill in where roses are supposed to be. I'm VERY disappointed with this arrangement and will not be using this business again for an arrangement. I even called and spoke to the business with my concerns and the reply was, "well the flowers will bloom and it will look fuller". Even once they completely bloom, it will still look more like a bush due to the lack of flowers.

I worked with Jamie over the phone to get a small Mother's Day Bouquet send to my Mother-in-law and wife in Butte. My call was a wee bit untimely, the day before Mother's Day, their flower supply was pretty much wiped out and I know they were busy as hell. Jamie took the time to look on line at an arrangement that I liked and she agreed to make up the bouquet on her morning break. Delivery was just two blocks away which helped the situation. How nice it was for Jamie to go out of her way to help me. I tell you, that's a Spirit of Butte characteristic that I seldom if ever see anymore.
