I ordered 21 Andersen windows (conversion kits) from this company and their product is absolutely fantastic. The sales person knew exactly what I needed and was in and out of my house in 45 minutes with exactly what I needed. Huge difference from the high priced and high pressure sales people that had already been to my house! If you need windows, especially Andersen, this is the place to buy them! The windows are installed and make a huge difference in my home's comfort.

We have ordered various materials three times over the past year and each time the Salesmen were helpful and friendly. We always went in for a specific project and had an idea of what we needed, but they showed us options and we always left happy with what we'd chosen. Also it never failed that we would walk out with our house project list even longer. Their showroom always had things on display that I liked - my poor husband will never get the list done now!

We purchased Anderson windows for our home from Wilke and absolutely love them! We weren't pressured to make decisions out of our budget or to make decisions too quickly, and the people we worked with were able to answer every question we had. We were new to this process, and it was awesome to be guided through it by people who were so friendly and knowledgeable.

Been a few times looking at doors/windows. Staff was always helpful and friendly.

I ordered 2 interior doors and waited over 6 weeks for them to come in only to find that the wrong doors were ordered. I contacted the store and was told they would order the correct doors but couldn't/wouldn't put a rush on it OR that they would credit me $50 if I would keep the wrong ones! I opted to wait for the right ones, I wouldn't have kept the wrong ones for free. When they arrived my contractor had already moved to another job so I had to wait another few weeks for him to come back to install them only to find that one had a corner broken off and was warped. I will now have to pay to have the corner repaired and have the door lying flat on the floor weighted down to try to straighten it. Figured repairing it was easier than having to deal with Wilke again. I need a couple of additional doors but would never go back to them. Plus, the manager who was so out of touch with these issues called me to request that I pay for the second set of doors!
