Had a awesome experience at this dealership. Trung Tran helped us with the deal. He was very prompt in responding to our question. Explained the different types of models they have and made the process effortless. 5 star experience. Got a great deal and wonderful experience. Would highly recommend.

We had a terrific experience with Lucas Johnson at Wilkie Lexus in Haverford, PA.  Lucas was sincere, highly responsive to our questions, and when extra information was needed, he was quick to track it down. He was clearly customer-focused,  making the whole experience as comfortable and straightforward as possible. As this is our fourth Lexus across several years, and we have all our maintenance at Wilkie, we do know the high quality of customer service they offer. From our interaction, Lucas will be an excellent representative for this kind of customer service. He was especially comfortable with demonstrating the bluetooth and navigation features that some of us find a little daunting, and he stayed into the late evening to help us finalize the purchase; called the next day to see how things were going with the new purchase, and immediately helped us with a small post-sale request!
