I worked with Kyle Siems from this firm for a custody case with a high conflict opposing party. Kyle was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole case and when things got crazy he knew what to do. Kyle and Gina did a great job on my case and I highly recommend.

I was referred to Scott  Finkbeiner  by opposing council in a previous case of his. This is how highly respected Scott is in the legal community.  Scott and his staff helped me through a complicated divorce involving a business, property and multiple retirement accounts.  Because of Scott’s tenacity experience and we reached a fair and amicable financial settlement.  Not only is Scott a great lawyer he is one of the truly “Good Guys” in the legal profession.

Recently my Fiance was taken back to court in San Diego for custody issues, while already having a pending case in Arizona, Kyle Siems was our attorney. If we could give Kyle 10 stars we would! He handled our case with the utmost of urgency, kept us in the loop, as we live out of state. He put a stop to the forum shopping that the other parent was committing. He knew the UCCJEA laws and what he was doing and got both of the Judges (AZ and CA) talking and needless to say this case was stopped dead in its tracks. Kyle was very professional, knew his laws and shows so much professionalism and we would recommend him and his firm to anyone. The Wilkinson and Finkbeiner Firm comes highly recommended from us, and Kyle handled our case wonderfully. If we ever have to go back to court in San Diego we will be using Kyle's services again.

Attorney Robert Setterbo is a rare find for any legal controversies. He is sincere and honest, and well-versed in the practice of law. He effectively solved a dispute I had with an aggressive, hostile neighbor... I would definitely re-hire him for any future legal disputes.

After calling three or more other family law attorneys, and after explaining my situation, their response was "that my situation was one that they were not familiar with"or as one put it "would not know where to start",  I was very relieved to have found Wilkinson & Finkbeiner.  From the moment of my first call to the friendly and knowledgeable office person, who was able to understand my unique situation and also explained that Mr. Wilkinson had just recently had a case similar to mine, told me she was confident that he could help.  When I received a call back from Mr. Wilkinson to explain my case, he was very understanding of my exact situation, and upon his reassurance I knew I had found an attorney who not only knew how to handle my child support case but who I had the utmost confidence that he was able to help me.  From start to finish of my case, I was kept up to date with all of the information, court dates and court documents, as the case progressed.  I am deeply grateful for Mr. Wilkinson and the law office staff for helping me in obtaining my past due, back child support from over 24 years.  I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best Family Law Attorneys in San Diego!!
