The constomer service is great, nice clean establishment full of good stuff. Weather it's to buy, to get something on lay-away and pay as you go, or get a loan and/or sell something. Plus, you can sign up to be a Wills Club Memeber and have a chance to spin the "Big Bucks Wheel" each day you come into the store, and as your numbers add up, ( example: you spin and get the number 4, you get 4 dollars in Wills Club credit), you can use that as credit to purchase something, or keep stacking them up and use points alone to pick something out when you like :) just know, if you haven't used your club points by the last day of each year they will expire and start over.. These are good hard working kind people who work here, and strive for customer satisfaction! I Highly Recommend & personally won't go to any other pawn/ loan shop, other than Will Jewelry & Loan. Make them your "go-to Jewelry, Gun, electronic, loan or sell one stop shop too!! :)

A good pawn shop with a good selection that honors their warranties. The helpful sales staff can negotiate prices on most items without a hassle. Large selection of electronics, jewelry, media, tools, and guns. Formerly called Will Coin and Pawn. Locals call it "Will's".

Normally I've had a fantastic experience here until today. Associate John was NOT I repeat NOT service oriented. I do not like to haggle prices like a car dealership. He appeared to be mgt telling my actual associate how to do their job. Very humiliating I am sure but when I specifically asked of he was a manager he said no. He continued to let me know that the Mgr would say the same thing. Very disappointing. However, Ian is always helpful and smiling. He knows how to treat customers and just people in general. Need more associates like Ian to be totally honest.

Save yourself some time and don't even stop here on your way to KV across the river. Their pay more guarantee means d***. I got exactly what I was asking for at KV, no quarrel. After wasting time in here. Even though I've got a 100% at Will, they still treat you like they don't expect you to pay.
