If you find yourself in trouble and need a Lawyer do yourself a favor and Call Will & Will! Do not even try to go through it alone.

I hired Court to represent me for a Misdemeanor charge in Seattle. He was professional all the way and treated me like a person not just a client. I have given up and thought I would have to take any deal the city was offering but that was not good enough for Court! He went Above and Beyond to fight for me and eventually got a Dismissal in my case.

When you hire Will & Will you actually get two Lawyers fighting for you, his partner and wife Michelle is a perfect compliment to Court, they both have their own styles but treat you with respect and keep you informed every step of the way.

Again I cannot recommend Court enough, he got me through a low point in my life, I am so glad I found him to represent me!

Highly recommend Will & Will attorneys to anyone with any legal troubles whatsoever. From day 1 they were professional, informed and efficient and walked me through my entire legal process. They knew exactly what to expect and how to deal with all the bumps along the way. 10/10!

I found myself, after 48 years of being an extremely goody-two-shoes law abiding citizen, facing false allegations of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance, and this false allegation was made by my own employer of 16 years.  I originally consulted with a local attorney who continued to advise me to do nothing and "hope this case slips through the cracks." It didn't seem right so we searched online and my husband found Will & Will. At first I was rather skeptical that any successful attorneys would have the time or desire to really be so readily available around the clock.
My first consult with Michelle over the phone went well over an hour and she immediately agreed to take my case and went into action. I met Court in the next few days and he explained to me exactly what to do. Within two weeks of hiring Will & Will, they prepared a 24 page packet of evidence, explanation and character reference letters to submit to the prosecutor. Within two days, the prosecutor declined to file any charges against me. This is what I desperately wanted to happen but with the magnitude of the false allegations, I wasn't sure if that was even going to be an option.
In addition, this was a very tense and terrifying situation. Michelle and Court were true to their advertisement and really did answer text messages pretty much any time of day and were very understanding about how scary this situation can be, especially for someone who has never been in trouble and has a job where being a positive role model is considered a necessary component of employment. 
They are a genuinely caring couple who really seem to practice law for the right reasons. They immediately felt almost like friends and there was no feeling of being judged for the alleged crime. I would recommend Will & Will  without reservation to anyone in need of a good criminal defense attorney. I sincerely hope I am never in that situation again but if I somehow were, I would feel a lot less scared the next time around, knowing there are attorneys like Michelle and Court available. They truly believe in really getting to know their clients and providing the best possible defense.

Just had a free consultation with Mr. Will, and he was fantastically helpful despite my case not being in his area of practice(criminal defense). His website provides a wealth of helpful information as well. I hope I never have to use his services, but I'd feel quite confident in them if I did.
