Located off I-84 Exit 46, our Meridian office is just west of Eagle Road. We’re about one mile West of St. Luke’s Meridian Medical Center. At our office, you’ll be treated as our guest. We strive to help make you feel relaxed and right at home. Our patients are our main priority and we pride ourselves on having an office environment where we emphasize honesty and integrity. We look forward to serving you with the honest and compassionate care you deserve.

Office hours can vary week to week but most offices have appointments available Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm with rotating Saturday appointments available as well.
Certified translation services, including auxiliary aides and services for members with disabilities, are available at no cost in all languages and American Sign Language upon request.
