A great park for picnics, playing, or just going down to the boat dock and watching the river. Plenty of sports Fields as well. With that said be careful, I know someone who was bit by a large adult tick at this park. I was tasked with removing the tick as it was embedded. If you visit the park, make sure to stay away from tall grasses and brush as that's a preferred hang out of ticks.

They always host great little festivals. Lots of shade and a great play structure. Also a boat dock and launch. Sure h a wonderful park.

Nice area too get some exercise in, and the water is very beautiful it is very realximg too jump in and swim around with your friends
