Cabs are kept clean and smoke free. I loved my experience in the pink taxi. The lady was an excellent driver and took good care of me when I told her how much pain I was in. She slowed and avoided all possible spots that could cause me more harm. Besides that we talked about farm animals and what we would do if we won the lottery. She did an excellent job trying to take my attention off my pain even though it wasn't her job. She even hauled my bags from the store to my front door. I could not be more pleased with this taxi and its drivers. A family owned business that I will not only recommend, but will use for all my traveling needs. Thank you

Never showed up to my location and when they did they came for another person and the person never showed who supposedly called at the same location as I did and I still didn't get serviced. Will not call this company again with your racist "asses". Good day.

Best Taxi Service in the WIllamette Valley! The nicest cars, and people! They also have many services available! Did you know they can transport wheel chairs? And if you are having a party or need to move a large group of people they can do that too! Everytime I call I get just what I need for a great price! Thanks yellow cab! ;)

Awesome and professional drivers and service! I called them and asked for a cab and 10 minutes later they arrived in a brand new car and the driver was really funny and we talked about good places to go around Salem. I wish I would've known about their app, it sounds easy! Thanks for the great service!

I used my yellow cab ride to go to a dr. appointment and you sent me the best driver named Dave. He was polite and attentive to help me load my walker and he even got out of the vehicle to walk me to the door and hold it open for me. That was above and beyond and he politely listened to me and was totally empathetic and professional. I would definitely call you again for a ride even if it's just to go into town shopping or to get me to other appointments quickly. Dave picked me up at 9:25 AM at Kingwood West Apartments in West Salem and brought me to Monmouth and was also my returned home ny him as well. I hope Dave is recognized for the imcrefible himan being he is. I hope I get him again.
