Yes Tamia Booker some places you are supposed to be quiet. Thing is your culture likes to jump around, and act like a monkey ape where ever you are. Your culture does not know there is a time, and place for everything. This is what happens when not taught manners. Anyhow if you want a quiet place to study come to the Maag library. Don't go to Kilcawley computer lab they act like they are in the zoo
