Karen, a nurse at this office, was extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. I called as part of my job to help with a patient and I was hung up on abruptly. When I called back and mentioned that I was calling back because I was hung up on, she replied with "yeah, so? She refused to take down any patient information and didn't ask for my name or where I was calling from, just claimed she would "call me back when I go through my faxes" and hung up on me again. (We didn't send a fax, this was something we needed to discus directly with her or the doctor). I was shocked as a professional at this behavior. I've never had a nurse treat me with such disrespect. Very sad.

Hi, it's me again! Not only did he destroy my mother's life because he and three psychiatrists misdiagnosed Dilantin induced dementia as transient ischemia (for ten years), but his subsequent treatments including lithium, haldol and stelazine induced tardive dyskinesia and destroyed her thyroid. He was misinformed in the matter of the Utah law that required her to be under medication for only five years from the date of her last seizure in order to have driving privileges which caused him to force this medication upon her. He additionally caused her to be kept in a nursing facility against her will while being force fed haldol which caused massive boils and would have had her committed to long term nursing care for the remainder of her life if I had not threatened to bring a sheriff there to force her release as the staff was in violation of Federal law, all under his care. He also misdiagnosed the severity of her diabetes, shortening her life without appropriate treatment. I sprung her loose and initiated treatment with sodium valproate to ameliorate the symptoms of tardive dyskinesia which he had caused and allowed her to live the remaining seven years of her life in relative sanity. A nurse I have known since I was five years old works with him and today described him as a fat f*ing bastard. Don't go to this doctor, he's arrogant and his medical practices are unenlightened and out of date.
