Everyone at Williams Insurance Agency has been very helpful. I have auto insurance with them and when I called with another vehicle the wonderful lady that answered the phone told me they don’t cover this type. However if you need help after trying, call back, because your agent Chuck Riley will try to help you. Well, he went above and beyond to help me get coverage! I am greatful for this excellent team of people.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! I found an old check for $19.00 and went there today to ask for it to be re-issued. I received NOTHING but attitude and excuses from Robin Van Bruggen, my former agent. I was told it costs more than $19.00 to write a check, told the woman who signed the check is no longer there and wait...you'll LOVE this one...I was told to deposit a stale check into my bank account IMMEDIATELY after he told me the bank account it was drawn against was already closed. HORRIBLE! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! The poor customer service, arrogant attitude and high prices are the reasons I stopped using them. STAY AWAY from these jerks!!!
