Gave us multiple emails and calls confirming delivery day. Delivery day comes no one has it in the system that it’s suppose to be delivered and of course no drivers to move it that day.

My household goods were delivered to my place on August 15,2017 and about (two crates) most of my things were missing and/or damaged. I immediately made my loss or damage claim by filling out the form provided to me by the movers on that very same day and made the initial loss damage claim on the DPS site a few days later. Ms. Lawanda and Sherri have been pleasantly and amazingly helpful with any questions that I may have had, so they are not my problem. I have an issue with how the entire Williams moving company has mishandled my moving experience by losing and damaging my things and by lack of communication as far as keeping me in the loop of my reimbursement status. I have constantly had to call and email just to make some kinds of action happened and to get answers. My things were mysteriously found after 15 days of being without them and some were still no recovered, the things that were recovered had damages. This is not right that I have to wait so long in order to be compensated , instead I get stalled while WMC procrastinates on my claim. this is a really bad look and has to be resolved ASAP. it is October 2, 2017 and my claim is still not yet resolved.

If it was possible to rate with negative stars this business would definitely be deserving of them. Avoid the head ache, do not use this company. Reasons for negative review -My HHG were supposed to be at destination on 23 June 2017 (written 26 july 2017) -This substandard company felt no need to communicate delays with shipment. -This company will lie to you and not even care -They told me my goods would be ready to deliver today and I even called the day prior to confirm and what happens? The driver calls and asks if I can accept the shipment tomorrow which is not possible because I got the day off today due to information I acted on- on their behalf. Give your business elsewhere

If you want broken and lost property without reimbursement than this garbage can company is for you. This company is absolute garbage and I wouldn't recommend them to my enemies.

Good first impression during a military PCS move, but packing house was unorganized and sloppy. There was no system for items and furniture they disassembled as well as no accountability for hardware. Upon arrival of goods at new location delivery was rushed and sloppy also. Some goods were broken. Once they unloaded they tried to leave without unpacking. I asked them to unpack and put together what they had disassembled and they tried their best to avoid it. I had to ask four times. Once they decided to unpack for us they lost all decency and became ignorant and extra sloppy. They left everything a complete mess and rough handled almost everything they touched. They took an extra long lunch break and left their food, drinks and trash piled on top of our items they unpacked. They asked several times to be done unpacking when the job was obviously far from over. They needed me to point at every item I wanted unpacked or rebuilt, when they already knew exactly what had to be done. They made the processes as hard as possible. Eventually they all stopped working before the job was done and I told one of them not to worry about the garage. The garage was not touched as far as unpacking and re assembly went. It was trashed. They took that as being done and they all up and left without talking to me any more or verifying that everything was accounted for, complete and moved, including the driver. He simply drove off. Avoid using these people at all costs. The driver's name was Gene.
