I am happy to say that we have closed on the house! A huge thank you to Ralph Williams of Williams Real Property for finding us the right buyers at the right time and THEN closing one month earlier than scheduled. We are so excited to be moving on to the next chapter!

Our first true meeting with Ralph was a “drop-in” at his office on December 27, 2016. He wasn’t expecting us and we really had no idea what we were going to say (other than we wanted to see if we could buy a home) but when we went in, we were met with smiling faces and warm greetings. Ralph sat down with us and we spoke to him for almost an hour. We told him that we were first time home-buyers and needed guidance. He was patient, kind, understanding, and he took his time explaining things so that we could understand the process. He never once made us feel like we were wasting his time with questions that Google could probably answer. 
After our meeting, later that evening Ralph sent an email with a list of houses that he thought we would be interested in. A few days later, he took us to see 5 of those houses and as it turned out, the house that we bought was the third house that we ever looked at. We knew almost instantly that we wanted that house, yet we wanted to look at a few more to make sure. A few days later he took us to see three more houses and we were sure we had already seen our future home. We put in an offer and throughout the next 52 days Ralph, just a phone call away, was ready and willing to answer any questions. 
There were times that the process got a little tense but it was nice to have a realtor that was truly on our side. I knew that I could ask him about any step of the process and he would not give me the run-around. He was up front, honest and a true professional. It is plan to see that Ralph is passionate about his work and enjoys what he does. 
We have now owned our home for three months and we couldn’t be happier with our experience with Ralph as our realtor. His time, effort, and personal and caring touch was truly what we needed during our first home-buying experience. My husband and I would highly recommend Ralph to anyone that wanted to have a quality professional realtor experience.
