a bit on the pricey side, but that's why you go here. you must have a $18 box of brownie mix, or you insist on paying retail for yet another fancy knife. great staff though and sometimes a good sample

Poor customer service and lack friendliness. I went for a Two-in-One Vertical Chicken Roaster that it was not available at the store. Instead of presenting alternatives, my two kids and me were treated as outsiders and followed around the store. So, I say, so long Williams Sonoma and Looking forward to our future purchases at Sur La Table.

We came with a return and didn't have the receipt. Although the WS stickers were on the item we were told we can't get a store credit and have to get something of the same value the same day. Similar to what somebody else said we were treated very poorly and the whole experience was extremely uncomfortable.

Employees at this place were very helpful when we were shopping for a toaster oven. They weren't quick to point us to the more expensive models. Rather, they took the time to take the two cheapest Breville toaster ovens off the rack, plugged each one of them in on top of a counter, and walked us through the differences of the user interfaces between the two toaster ovens as if we were about cook something. The helpfulness and diligence shown by the associates really impressed me, and we ended up with an awesome toaster oven.
