Be VERY CAREFUL with the Realtor Brenda Alfonso! She rented a home to me and was fully aware the house had mold issues. She also was aware that the windows in the house was non functional and she misrepresented the true cost of renting the home. She waited until I signed the contract and moved in then advised that the landlord was charging me a Realtor's Fee! I had to pay an additional $1,050.00. She is HIGHLY unprofessional! Once I contacted her and advised that I had spoke to the landlord concerning the windows and other issues with the rental and the landlord refused to perform any repairs and stopped talking to me. She quickly followed suit and stopped responding to any texts or phone calls. This was cold and calculated and she does not deserve a 1 star ratings.
