Had a very good experience with the shop. Scott helped me with any questions I had being a first time rider and buyer. He helped load the bike onto a trailer and was exceptionally helpful. Williams has great customer service and I would highly recommend first time buyers and experienced riders!

Staff was very professional and went up and beyond customer service. They left no detail out about the motorcycle. They inspected it before purchasing the bike. They have a great selection of new and used bikes. Highly recommended!

Scott Kube provided excellent customer service by sending numerous detailed pictures and answering all questions.  He worked hard to get the information I requested and went above and beyond the call to get prices on shipping and every phase of the deal.  Scott is a great representative of Williams Vintage Cycle and an excellent ambassador for motorcycling.

Scott was very helpful and friendly he didn’t make me feel pressured into anything. He was an all around nice guy. He went above and beyond even out of his way. The day I came up was a holiday and only the garage was open but he opened the doors for me to look at bikes. -Pam

Very bad experience dealing with this shop...I not only did they totally low ball my trade in they sold me a bike that is simply not road worthy the engine isn't tuned properly and two body panels and a turn signal rattled off within the first 60 miles not to mention the bike totally died about 10 times on the ride back to Cincinnati 
..I called and complained they said bring it in we'll take care of you....the work done was very unsatisfactory the repaired body panel and turn signal both fell off again in the ride home from their shop as well as the engine still not performing as advertised when I bought it.... use a lot of caution dealing with this shop.... good luck
The only place the bike I bought was "ready to ride" is to another shop to have the  work done right
