It is a well-run and friendly small Regional Airport. It has the best service that local business can support. It's tricky because of the weather conditions in the valley so sometimes flights get cancelled but they always do the best they can. The folks at the car rental desks are extremely nice.

In just week they canceled our flights 3 times. The first time going out was canceled due to fog yet the flight right before ours took off, coming back in our flight was delayed and then canceled due to snow, rescheduled for the next day and was delayed and canceled because they didn't plow the runway.... will never fly with this airport again if there is any possible chance of it getting canceled.

Susceptible to delays due to mechanical issues and bad weather, as this airport only flies to Philadelphia, so there's only a couple of planes. They accept electronic boarding passes. The same staff that checks bags may also load the plane, so if you're late and need to check a bag, you're probably SOL. Show up early.

Small but easy to get in and out of. While you can only get commercial flights on American and only to Philly I appreciate not driving into Philly. Security is slow but will get everyone cleared before the flight. With TSA rules on liquids it would be nice to have a vending machine inside security. Once you clear security there is nothing to drink until the in flight beverage service.
