Went by to get their New Year's special and enjoyed every bite! Took home plenty of pulled pork and half a piece of a huge piece of cornbread. The picture does not include the black-eyed peas and rice that I had already eaten.

The food was excellent. The sauces were great. The SIDES made the meal. We will be back.

The sides are below average.  I had corn fritters and okra.  The full slab of ribs was a third slab of fat.  Every bone was so fatty.  The flavor was good but I hate biting into fat.  I was very disappointed.

Most of the time the food is really good.  This trip, the chicken was too dry and my friend did not even try to eat it. Disappointed.
