I referred a friend to Mark Willis based on the great experiences I've had with him. they called after the meeting to let me know how comforting Mark was and that he made them feel at ease during the process.

He was extremely rude in the phone consultation. We thought this was just a phone issue, but arrived at the office to find he was every bit as rude in person. Can't believe we wasted our time and money on this jerk.
