Been here since Monday on the 3rd floor. While there are some that are very nice and helpful. Others could care less. They give you guest meals one day the next nothing. What happen to being hospitable to patient and their care giver. Not happy

Nice looking and clean. Offices closed on the weekend. Why????? I drove for 20 minutes only to find they were closed. Just as bad as govt. workers.

I was in and out within 20 minutes! Fastest emergency room visit I have ever encountered! Great job guys

It was a joke. I came in at 2:30AM with a 101 fever & pain in my ribs from coughing so much.. they brought me back for an X-Ray & the woman said she didn't even know how to read them... not to mention the idiot nurse never came to inform me if I had the Flu or not.. after she swabbed me to test for the flu. I had to go find her to ask for my results. Never saw a doctor either! At 5am I decided to leave because obviously I wasn't a priority to them whatsoever. Not to mention there was only 1 other man in the whole waiting area... they weren't busy at all! Thank God I wasn't really in a bind with chest pains or something more serious. I will never step foot in Willis Knighton Bossier again. Everyone told me not to... now I see why... Don't waste your time!

A very fast and competent, friendly nursing and medical staff. A+ care and treatment.
