If there were a ZERO, I would give this company a zero. These women are taking full advantage of UNG students. No integrity. When I went there to update the owner on the condition of my son's apartment, she informed me that I should go elsewhere if I am not happy. She then stated she could rent my son's apartment over and over and that she did not care about providing a clean environment. This is a monopoly. Renters BEWARE!

I wish I were warned about the fact I can hear the booming sound of my neighbors casually walking across their apartment from above. The floors are paper thin here.
