It is a clean, quiet place to live. When there is a problem, matience is quick to respond.

Been to the complex several times and was impressed every time by the ease of access and egress from the parking area. Great location as it is near freeway access, grocery stores, and shopping plazas. 
Tenants were friendly and welcoming and the building always seemed well kept.
I never made it down to the pool area but i know its a favorite among the tenants and im sure it would make for a perfect relaxation area.
The apartment i visited had a balcony with a great view which was great for my morning coffee.
All of the appliances worked well as did the doors and light switches. 
Lastly, i was impressed to find that there are storage units available, ON SITE, for any excess belongings.

I've been here 5 years I believe. I lost track of time. I love it here. It's quiet, you can't here through the walls and  it's clean. Management is great as well as maintenance. Any time I have an issue with something they are on top of it. For instance if my vertical blinds snap due to wind they replace it asap, my fridge broke twice both times on a holiday and with in 30min they brought me up a new one. They helped empty the old and hauled it out. I like that is a trouble free apartment to live in. In my time here I've never once seen any police having to be involved with anything here. I grew up down the street so I like I'm still close to shopping, work and the parks. Only thing I wish is that there was central air. I've survived all my life without it so it's not really a big deal. My view is the pool and I love it here. My apartment is spacious with a huge walk in closet. I do wish they wouldn't raise my rent $20 every year though. I really don't care to move. Great place to live :)

Thank you for the comment. I am not an elderly person and I don't want to encounter the issues that you had to endure. I work late and come home very late. I would literally have to go against all my morals and my home-training if I am constantly confronted with the attitudes from others and we all pay rent. I thank you so much.
