This office is great! They got my animal in on no notice at all when an emergency arose. The prices are reasonable and they take great care of your animal. The Dr. and the staff are very kind. I have taken my animal here for about 3 or 4 years now and I will continue to do so. ♡

I very much appreciated their professional approach.  Our old cat woke us up one morning yowling in pain.  Willowood got us in despite it being a very busy Saturday.  The doctor examined our cat and told us in her professional opinion, it was dying.  What she didn't offer us was important.  She didn't offer us expensive treatments.  Instead, we were able to comfort the cat as it passed. 
This is a good place.

This is the WORST vet I have ever brought my animals to. I've been coming here for years with absolutely no problems and just the last year and a half it has gone downhill. The people that work at the front desk are extremely rude who look like they're miserable. The staff there is constantly telling you things over the phone only to learn something completely different when you get there. It's very disorganized and nobody seems to know what they're talking about. The so-called office manager Sue is also dishonest about what she says over the phone verses what she says when you get there. I made a complaint to Dr. Essig who apparently took Willowood over and she could have cared less what my concerns were. The only thing they care about here is adding on things that aren't needed and jacking up prices. They're rude and don't care if they lose customers who have been there for years. I found out today the previous owner is no longer there so I'm pretty sure that that's why this place went down the tubes. I would take your pet someplace else. I have never encountered so much dishonesty at a vet.

The vet that I saw is super nice and gentle with my dog. She was a pleasure to work with and their prices are decent enough. I'll definitely come back here. It's worth the extra penny to make sure your friend has the best treatment available.
