When you decide the city needs more money, what do you do?
Gouge your parking customers of course.
1- Make sure the pay kiosks are marked “broken” so customers can’t pay as they leave an event.
2- Make sure you are understaffed for a scheduled event. 
3- Make sure to close three of the four exits from the garage. (Because of staffing issues of course).
4- Make sure there is no change available, but of course only accept cash.
5- Make sure there is at least a 25 minute wait, for cars exiting to pay. That way you’ll get an additional hour from every car, since you charge “per minute”.

Disgusted with the WPA business practices over the years. Shamefully pathetic.
