When I call your bank, tell you I have just moved here from out of state and ask if you can help me by notarizing a document, your response of "No, go to the UPS store" is really bad customer service. 
I even told you I was a Wells Fargo customer. Guess what? Their closest location is 30 minutes away, so I am looking for a new bank. It won't be Wilson.

Love the personal attention from everyone at the bank.  Also love that my kids can have their own accounts and learn how to manage money.

I opened my account at a different branch of Wilson Bank & Trust and needed my account number. I could not locate the account number online so I called the branch I opened my account at and aked them to provide my account number, I was told I had to physically be inside the bank to obtain my account number. I decided then and there to close my account because I need access to my bank in the way that suits my needs, not selfish, just practical for me. 
I located the closest bank to my place of business, 15 miles away and called them to inquire about closing my account. I spoke to a young woman named Nikki, (spelling?). Nikki apologized for the trouble I was having and that I was not made aware of that branch's policy. Her concern sounded genuine and not from a script. I was also educated on the inner working of my account, which I did not receive at the branch in which the account was opened. I am going to give Wilson Bank & Trust a second chance based solely on the customer service I received from Nikki. Even though this branch is a touch out of my way I believe this is the location I will be banking in the future.
