Wilson Brothers is an outstanding company. I have been using them for the past three years and every interaction I have had with the employees has been professional and helpful. One of the Owners (Paul) has been to my house many times to install a new oil tank, check on the function of my burner, check oil levels and recently to help after a burst pipe flooded my kitchen.  The employees arrive on time when scheduled and very fast if it's an emergency. I can not say enough good things about this company and the people who own it and work there. Good job!

We've been  working with Wilson Bros for years. They've installed our furnace, A/C, and two hot water heaters. Honest and professional. We recently had an intermittent issue with our furnace not blowing hot air. It was very difficult to diagnose because it wouldn't fail consistently. Joe Patterson  figured it out! He took the time to listen to us and he found a capacitor that was not performing as expected. Thanks Joe! It's fixed!

We had a new Roth oil tank installed approx. 4-6 weeks ago. The day after it was installed the furnace would not fire. Wilsons came out immediately and found the problem was with the tank. It was nothing that was their fault but ordered a new tank at once. the following morning 2 out of 3 of the owners were here with their service manager and service techs. The problem tank was removed and a new one installed within about 4 hours. the furnace fired right up and has run perfect since. The commitment of quality work and customer satisfaction was above and beyond. Because of their outstanding commitment for the customer, I changed my oil delivery to them. I have dealt with them for about 4 years and highly recommend them for your heating needs.

I have used Wilson Bros for over 5 years and they have always been very thorough, polite, prompt and flexible with the unique heating needs on my farm.  Every single technician has answered my questions and taken the time to be sure I understand the issues.  The people answering the phone are customer service super heroes!  They almost always have what my system needs in stock.  I highly recommend this company!

We replaced our heating system (heat pump) in June of this year. The installation was on time and excellent. We had a power outage last night. They system shutdown. I opened the breakers until power was restored. When it came back on the thermostat was slow to come up to temperature. I called for service. Wilson Bros. Came out the same day. The re-calibrated the thermostat and the system is running great.
