I've been a patient here for 5 years, they are always very friendly and professional. Kathy is the sweetest little red headed lady at the front, she's easy to talk to if you have questions about anything. I usually never wait longer than 5/10 minutes to be taken back to be seen. My previous doctor before here I could not even understand when she spoke to me. I would be seen for approximately 3 minutes then ran out the door and not even sure what was done or said to me. Dr. Wilsons is completely different! They make you feel like family! All the staff cares about you here and make you feel comfortable. I 100% recommend going here if you're looking for a family doctor.

Here is the reason why I am submitting a poor rating. I called over a week ago because I saw Dr. Wilson as a provider that accepts Medicare. You see my Mother is suffering from extreme swelling of her legs and is in some serious danger, without getting medical care. I wanted to find a Dr. I could rely on. So when I called your office, the office staff stated that either my Mother would receive a call, if accepted or a denial letter. Well my Mother received a denial letter but it never stated why she was denied. And now I am being told by your office that the Dr. is not required to give a reason as to why he would deny a patient care, that is so desperately needed. I understand if a Dr. has way too many patients to handle. I can accept denial but I would like a reason. Because I feel, and this is my opinion, that it's because she is on Medicare and many doctors don't want to treat patients who have Medicare because of the payment process or the rules and regulations associated with this coverage. While I can accept the denial, I am not happy with Doctor's who will not provide reasons why and therefore appear to be hiding behind ambiguity. I would not recommend this office for anything. The aforementioned are my opinions.

was a patient for two years, never saw the doctor once.  made appointments specifically to see the doctor and he still sent in a PA when he was sitting at his desk.  very poor.
