The experience for me at first was OK.  The doctor. M.  Clark. Doesn't have the best bedside manner.  She didn't review my chart before entering the room and came in and asked questions that weren't relevant.  The services she performed were OK.  She was supposed to schedule me for more appointments at other places... Never happened. I did blood work and a complete physical on my last visit.  I did not hear from her office although I called them at least 5 times.  I finally expressed my concerns to lady at front desk and she actually got my results mailed to me after 2 months.  My concern... What if the results were different and I really don't even know because the results... A bunch of numbers were never explained to me. I just would not recommend this doctor to anyone... Not even for emergency situations. I can not speak on the other doctor in this facility.  Also.. Her nurse shoes name is Chantalle is very very nice and personal.  She did make my visit pleasant.

The first local practice I have found that doesn't treat you via IPAD and WebMD! Actually looking at you when you or they speak because they don't have their nose in the IPAD! If they are ever running behind know it's because they don't treat it like a cattle call they are making sure you are fully checked out!

I went in on Wednesday because I had been feeling sick from the weekend and I wasn't getting any better on my own.  I gave my symptoms, was diagnosed and given a prescription which I picked up immediately and have followed directions to a "T".  I became worse Wednesday night and Thursday morning, but decided to wait and see if I just needed to give the medicine time to kick in.  Friday I go to work, even though I still felt miserable, and almost passed out because of how sick I was.  I asked to leave early so I could go to the doctor and was told I could leave at 2:00.  Seeing that Wilson Family Practice Center didn't close til 5:30 I assumed I would still be able to make it in time.  I called them at about 12:30 to see if they had any appointments available and was told the earliest they had was 1:50.  I politely explained that there was no way I could be in by that time, I was currently at work and would have to wait until I could leave would there be a later time.  I was told they cannot create space in the schedule so to call back when I left work to see if there was anything available.  At 1:50 I left work and called thinking surely they did since they're open until 5:30.  I was informed they were on their last appointment of the day and that they were going home after that appointment was over.  I explained I was driving from Raleigh but I could be there in less than an hour, plenty of time before their closing hours.  Still denied.  Needless to say, I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend trying to make an appointment in their claimed hours.
