Wilson did a phenomenal job helping my Grandma and I sell our home in South San Francisco.  We knew we wanted to sell our place and get the most money for my Grandma's retirement, so she can retire and he helped us identify the right time to go on the market.  He assisted us in getting the best price and we even set an all time high record  for our area, even though the market was starting to soften.

Wilson and his team were always responsive, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.  I'm convinced he is the reason we got top dollars for our home.  We even sold it in less then a week, well over our asking price. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend Wilson Leung!

I worked with Wilson and his assistant Cathy in selling our home in South San Francisco. I met Wilson a few times in the neighborhood and he would often share his thoughts on the real estate market which I found useful.

Within two weeks on the market, we were able to sell our home for over asking. I would definitely recommend Wilson to anyone who is looking to sell in South San Francisco or nearby.

I worked part time for Wilson and found it to be a very pleasant learning experience. From my perspective in the office, he was incredibly hard working and efficient with this time. He was also focused on the improvement of his work ethic and would host weekly team meetings in which he discussed everyone's goals and provided recommendations & feedback to us. It's safe to say, I never saw Wilson slacking. 
He was one of the most hardworking realtors at KW Peninsula Estates and was known around the office for always going out of his way to help others. I saw him on several occasions going the extra mile to work with his clients' needs.
As my boss, he was very organized and possessed great leadership qualities. He also has a softer side- super friendly and funny. I could not have asked for a better person to work with! From personal experience, I know he is always doing his best to serve his clients and is constantly looking to improve himself and his business.

Wilson was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the market, and he provided excellent guidance throughout the process. Wilson was very patient and explained all terms when we formulated our offers, and he helped position us competitively to get our offer accepted in a challenging market. Thank you, Wilson!
