Staff is very rude and cold. My Mother loves her doctor.  Only reason she still goes.

I agree with the others. Staff is poor, trying to get through to make an appointment is absolutely impossible.  I think its more of a system error that they are not aware of possibly. 
IF you want to make an appointment, press any choice other than making an appointment.
The Doctor, DR Kiragu is simply one of the best and is very meticulous

Doctors are great here. And the staff is very friendly.

Never had a problem with the doctors or nurses. However, when you call to make an appointment or for any reason you can never get through on the phone. And they do not call you back. What's the point of having two receptionists, if they cannot pick up the phone or call you back (part of their job). So great nurses and doctors here, you'll be treated well. If you can ever make it there, seeing as you can't get a hold of anyone of the phone as of lately.

Dr Propst is the best....but you can never get a call back for appointments,medicines,etc.
