Had a dog a today at hop fusion. Without exaggeration… BEST HOTDOG IVE HAD IN MY 40 YEAR LIFE! I can’t recommend these guys enough. The word hotdog is an insult to their food. Queen dog. King dog. Best dog. Do yourself a favor and get a Texan without jalapeños as I did if that’s your preference.

Just had one of these. I highly recommend getting something from them. It was a great dog, great bread, very delicious!

Nothing but good things to say! Owners were incredibly friendly! I got the Hawaiian dog and my boyfriend got the Texan. From the bun, to the dog, to the toppings, everything was phenomenal. The bun will make or break a hot dog and they do it right here. Fries were fresh and crispy and the house made curry ketchup was amazing to dip them in. I've been trying to find a hotdog spot since i moved to Fort Worth and I will definitely be checking their website schedule to come back for more!

Incredible food, and the staff are really friendly and kind. Great service and great food. Can't ask for more. I wish their business all the success they deserve, and that's a lot!

Whether it’s a Sushi dog, the Munich, a Chicago dog, the Nola dog, or the Texan and many others, I always leave stuffed, wishing I had more room.  Everything is so full of flavor!

Best Wieners in DFW. Big and juicy. My favorite was the classic messy dog. Lots of interesting options

Can't get any better than creative, homemade sausage dogs with fries on the side. I absolutely love the funkytown, the sushi dog, the currywurst fries, etc. The dogs keep changing, so you never know what you're going to get - but it's always good. I love that their buns are local, Fort Worth rolls, too.

Sushi Dog was delicious! Scratch made sausages and fresh ingredients, and even had a vegetarian option for my wife.
