called twice , and never got an answer, got one on 3rd try and was told there was a 30 min wait

Had to ride in a horrible van with a busted back door and two seats including the front passenger were completely broken and laid all the way down without being able to sit up. Luckily the cab driver comped us part of our 10 mile ride because she could tell everyone who rode w her was frustrated.

Absolutely no reason a business, let alone a popular one that is successful, can't upkeep maintenance on their vehicles; especially when the comfort of the customers. AND the business wants full rates for a ride in this deathtrap

These people are not very bright they have one driver that apparently is some mexican gangsta driving around trying to intimidate other drivers like he was on a prision yard. Too hard for you the yard stroll. But really just looking like a fool destroying what probally could have been a good business. Then i call to inform the owner apparently ''this gangsta is his son inlaw'' and his response was far from professional. I would deffinatly never call these people for anything. Honestly im shocked at the way the owner tried blowing it off. He said oh once you get to know thtotallyes totally different. Who in the world would want to get to know the guy? His daughter must have been drunk lol
